Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation (or order placement for COD). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery Time
We currently ship across Pakistan. Delivery times depend on your city:
- Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, etc.): 2-3 business days
- Other cities/remote areas: 3-4 business days
Please note delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.
Shipping Charges
- Standard shipping charges apply based on your location and order value.
- Free shipping on orders above Rs. 5000 let me know your threshold and I'll finalize this line.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order upon arrival. A valid phone number is required to confirm COD orders before dispatch.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation with tracking details via [email] so you can track your package until it arrives.
Order Not Received?
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at thecosmeticplace@gmail.com with your order number, and we'll look into it right away.
Incorrect Address
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll resolve it promptly.
